Do you ship outside India?

Yes, we deliver to more than 200 countries in the world and offer different shipping options as applicable.

How much does shipping cost?

Are there any duties and taxes?
For customers outside India, duties are not included in the price. Customers are responsible for paying any import duties, custom fees, or local taxes, if any, levied by their country. SYLK will not reimburse these expenses. It is necessary to pay these in order to release your order from customs.

What courier service do you use for international shipping?
We use Aramex or FedEx for international shipping to most of the countries.  Once order is shipped , you shall receive tracking number on mail. 

What are Return/Exchange policies for International Orders?
We do not accept return/exchange for orders billed outside India. Please note: Even if shipping address is within India but the order is billed ouside India, it is not applicable for return or exchange.

How can I track my order or know if it’s delivered? What if I am not available at time of delivery of order?
Once order is shipped, you will receive tracking details on mail. The order is considered successfully delivered if courier tracking page updates delivered. Please note: Courier services sometimes leaves shipment at front door in most countries outside India especially US, UK etc. Once we receive POD (proof of delivery) from courier service, it is considered as DELIVERED and order will be considered COMPLETED. In case, you are not available please update courier company directly for preferred date or tell them where to leave. SYLK won’t be responsible for delivery date preference or non availability of customer at time of order delivery. 

Can I cancel my order?

We shall not be able to accept any cancellation if Your order has been processed. Orders are generally confirmed and processed within few hours of order placed. In case an order has been cancelled as per applicable terms and conditions, You will be entitled to only receive store credit in lieu thereof. We have the full discretion to decide whether an order has been processed or not. You agree not to dispute the decision made by Us in this regard.

What is POD (Proof of delivery)?
Once order is delivered, you can find POD on tracking page of courier company or mail us for copy. POD or Proof of delivery is an acknowledgment that an order successfully arrived at its destination or to show that a service was completed. SYLK will consider POD as evidence of delivery of order.
