How about the quality of the product ordered?
All the products listed on our website is an original style by the designer. We do not copy designer products. The quality of your order is checked and tested by our QC dept.
How do I know my order has been placed?
Upon placing your order, you will see an order confirmation number on your screen. You will also receive an email confirmation from us. In case there are any issues with processing your order, you will be notified with an email/WhatsApp.
The size chart that is available on each product page as ‘Find your size’ and will solve your sizing queries. You can also send your measurements on WhatsApp +91 9953803971 with order number. There is also a possibility that you may need to alter the product to ensure that it properly fits you due to variation in the size of the customer and the measurements of the product that may vary from one label to another. We apologize if our product did not meet your expectations. However, please understand we believe in sustainability & slow fashion and all our listed products are made after an order is placed unless ‘Ready to Ship’ mentioned. These policies are made to respect/ensure the effort and time of designers and artisans. Nevertheless, we will try our best to resolve customer issue within our policies.
Our return and exchange policy are, however, subject to the following:
In the event that the product to be returned satisfies the Money Refund Criteria, you will be entitled to a refund of the consideration for such product which will be credited to the original account or mode of payment.
Whereas “Money Refund Criteria” means any one of the following cases –
1. The product purchased by you does not conform/broadly different from the fabric/material or features mentioned in product description on the website.
Please note: Not applicable on fabric/material or features you expected by looking at image or for sub varieties of fabrics; For example: If the material mentioned on our website is Georgette and you receive Satin, then you are eligible for full money refund.
2. The product purchased by you is delivered extremely late i.e. more than 25 business days from the stated delivery schedule, except where such delay is on account of unforeseeable circumstances or pandemic out of SYLK control or any other force majeure.
In the event that the product to be returned does not satisfy Money Refund Criteria in clause above, but satisfies Store Credit Refund Criteria, you may be entitled to a refund of the consideration for such product in the form of store credit which will be mailed to you as code of consideration amount. Please note: We will first try to exchange product to the preferred size and concerns found feasible and genuine by SYLK, before considering store credit refund.
Whereas “Store Credit Refund Criteria” means any one of the following cases –
1. Non availability of size for exchange request. ;
2. The product purchased by you is not included in the list of non-returnable or non-exchangeable products under this policy (see below)
1) ITEMS WHICH CANNOT BE RETURNED
2) DAMAGED ITEM
Orders may only be refunded if you receive faulty/damaged/torn or stained merchandise, which has a very minimal chance of occurrence as we thoroughly do the QC before dispatching. Please understand that we may first try to replace it for the same product, subject to availability before approving for money refund. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.
Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Once the order is processed, we shall not be able to process the cancellation. Store Credit will be provided against the cancellation of an order after deducting INR 500/- for clothing and INR 200/- for accessory/lifestyle products order.
4) DELAY/NON DELIVERY
SYLK shall not be liable for any delay/non-delivery of the product(s) purchased due to any reason which is beyond its reasonable control. Money refund criteria is only applicable if delivery delay is more than 25 business days from stated delivery date. It is therefore advisable that you place orders well in advance. Any delay in delivery caused by courier partner internal delays, weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances or Force Majeure events, shall not be entertained as a reason for return.
STEP 1: To return an item, the customer has to fill up this form –
STEP 2: Upon approval by SYLK, an email/whatsApp will be sent to customer. Customer have to return goods to our warehouse at their own cost. Please note we do not provide reverse pickup unless order is faulty/ damaged/ missing part/ wrong.
Please Note: We do not provide any Money refund on any goods once sold unless if it comes under Money Refund Criteria. Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or Store Credit if they meet our terms and conditions.
