Shipping, Return & Exchange


SHIPPING

We offer free shipping pan India if your order value is more than INR 2500/- otherwise a nominal shipping charge for shipping will be added during the check out. 

We ship worldwide. International shipping charges are calculated at the time of check out depending upon your location. 

DELIVERY TIME

It usually takes 5-7 days for 'Ready in stock' item and 20-25 days for 'Custom made orders' for processing. After dispatching, shipping usually take 3-4 days for domestic orders and 10-12 days for international orders. We try to dispatch your orders as soon as possible and request you to be patient with the delivery time of the orders.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE


You acknowledge that these terms of returns and exchange are limited to direct sale by us to you and that these terms of returns and exchange are not available in case of a sale by our vendors and invoice which shall be governed by the terms of such sale.

RETURN FOR WALLET CREDIT

We accept returns for Wallet Credit only. For this purpose, we must receive the merchandise within 7 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you with all tags intact. Goods should be returned in their original packaging. We do not provide a refund on any goods sold. Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or Wallet Credit if they meet our terms and conditions.

Since we keep limited inventory and do not always have all sizes available, under such circumstances, if you want exchange in size, we can place new custom order. In case we are not able to meet due to unavoidable circumstances, the Wallet Credit can be used whenever you shop with us next time.

  • Dupatta & Scarves
  • Jewellery & Made-to-order clutches
  • Skincare & Haircare products
  • All discounted items

 

DAMAGED ITEM

Orders may only be refunded if you receive faulty/damaged/torn or stained merchandise, which has a very minimal chance of occurrence as we thoroughly do the QC before dispatching. Please be aware that we may first try to replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability before approving for refund. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. 

Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. 

To return an item, the customer must write to us at hello@sylkonlinestore.com. 

If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a Wallet Credit and then purchase the new item. Wallet credit cannot be clubbed with other discount codes.

Our return and exchange policy are, however, subject to the following:

(1) Returned Items that do not meet our terms and conditions may be sent back to the customer. please inform our customer care department if you receive damaged/torn/stained merchandise within 7 days.
(2)Unidentified returns will not be entertained.
(3) All Juttis/Footwear should be tried on a carpeted surface before using.
(4) All custom made-to-orders are non-returnable.
(5) In case of any return the shipping charges will be borne by the customer. We may arrange pick up for returning the order.
(6) If you are ordering more than four quantity, it will be considered as a bulk order. Thus for them Return/Refund will not be possible.

 

CANCELLATION

Once the order is processed, we shall not be able to process the cancellation Wallet Credit will be provided against the cancellation of an order after deducting INR 500/- for clothing and INR 300/- for accessory/lifestyle products order.
